These terms exclusively govern sales made through the Klymira website.
They apply to all orders placed by any consumer with full legal capacity.
Klymira is not the manufacturer of the goods sold. Product descriptions (photos, specifications, etc.) are based on supplier-provided information. However, Klymira ensures compliance with current quality and manufacturing standards.

Section 1 – Steps to Conclude the Online Contract
Order
Online: https://YOUR_STORE.re or www.YOUR_STORE.rem
Browse our website to select products, which will be added to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart.” At any time, you may proceed to checkout by clicking “Payment.”
Validation of the Contract
When you click “Payment,” a confirmation page appears summarizing all selected products and options. You can modify quantities or remove items, or continue by checking the boxes “I accept the GTC” and “Secure Payment.”
Verify that all information (delivery address, access codes, phone numbers, etc.) is correct. You can save your data for future purchases by checking “Save my information for next time.”
Click “Continue to Shipping Method,” then “Continue to Payment Method,” and finally “Place Order.”
After payment via our secure server (see “Payment”), a confirmation page will appear, and you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
If there is a risk of product unavailability, we reserve the right to limit orders of the same product (above 100 units).
Correction of Errors
You can correct any data entry errors at any time. If an error is detected after order submission, contact us immediately.
Section 2 – Archiving and Access to the Contract
Contracts, order forms, and invoices will be archived on a reliable and durable medium.
